The aim of this project is to help these students gain the best of education using special teaching materials such as Tactile Diagrams and audio books. We Community Service Club is helping to prepare the studying materials for these students.

No child should be deprived of basic education due to a disability. Hence, we strongly believe that everyone deserves education and we believe in these students. Therefore, we help these children to the best of our ability to bring the light within these bright minds.

On 5th October 2017,  Dr Ranjit, three of the committees ( Naqea, Alicia, Jiayi) and seven of the volunteers went to Sekolah Menengah Pendidikan Khas (Cacat penglihatan) at Setapak, Kuala Lumpur.  Our responsibilities were to convey the first aid knowledge to the teachers in the school. This is because the teachers over there will have to deal with students with vision problems. Hence, there is higher chance of the teachers dealing with emergency situations.

According to the volunteers, they mentioned that it was indeed a good learning platform both as part of the committee or as a volunteer. One even stated that she has definitely learnt a lot as subcommittee and also a volunteer. They feel blessed to be teaching them and it makes them appreciate what they have. Some also have learnt the significance of learning first aid.
